If you’re feeling well, regular physical activity is great for your mental and physical health. Try a free workout, yoga or pilates on YouTube or an interactive on-line class. If you are not in self isolation it is OK to go for a walk, run or cycle outside. Remember to stay 1.5 metres away from other people and wash your hands when you return home.
