Case Studies

It is frequently recognised that organisations value learning from each other. Case studies/stories that relay the experience of staff, clients and family are powerful tools to share, demonstrate and embed new ways of approaching the way staff work.

The following documents were developed as part of sub-regional projects in the Loddon Mallee. Project Officers were engaged to support the work of the Home and Community Care organisations that received growth funding in Occupational therapy and Personal Care ion 2012.

The reports include case studies from the Loddon Mallee LGA/OT partnerships. Below each link is an indication of the type of case studies that are included.
